This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the Focus application.

## Information Collection
Focus does not collect, sell or share personal user data with third parties.

Images added to the application gallery remain on the user’s device unless explicitly shared by the user through Apple’s standard sharing features.

## Permissions
Focus may request access to the following device features:

### Photo Library Access
Used for:
- importing images into the gallery
- displaying selected images during performance

No images are uploaded to external servers by the app.

### Notifications
Used for:
- timed reveal notifications
- performance-based notification systems

Notification content is generated locally on the device.

### Motion Access
Used for:
- shake-based reveal systems
- interactive reveal animations

Motion data is not stored or transmitted.

## Data Storage
Focus primarily operates locally on-device.

The app does not maintain external databases containing user galleries, spectator information or uploaded content.

## Analytics
Focus may use anonymous diagnostic information provided through Apple to improve stability and performance. This information does not personally identify users.

## Third-Party Services
Focus operates through Apple’s iOS ecosystem and may rely on Apple-provided services including:
- App Store services
- iCloud device functionality
- Apple notification systems

Use of these services is governed by Apple’s own policies.

## Children’s Privacy
Focus is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

## Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
