Additional Tips:

  1. Instead of removing the card yourself, use the in-hand turnover technique taught in the video. Hold the tray, turn the box over naturally, and invite your spectator to remove the card from inside. This small change creates a much stronger moment — they remove their signed card themselves.

  2. Since you’ve received two boxes, you’ve got options:

    Set up both a red and a blue box for versatility, or use one as your main setup and keep the spare tray handy to switch with the gimmicked tray and make the effect more deceptive.

  1. If using your own matchboxes, make sure they’re the correct size. An easy way to check is by placing the included sticker (still on its backing) over the box to visually judge fit and alignment before applying it.
