Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy carefully:

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original packaging — and you’ll need proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return

Email joel@themiraclestudio.co.uk before sending anything back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Returns should be sent to:

Who Pays Return Postage?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product → we’ll cover return postage.

  • If you’ve simply changed your mind, misinterpreted the item or changed your mind → return postage is your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom products, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (please allow extra time for your bank to process).


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period by law. During this time you can cancel or return for any reason, provided the item is returned in original condition.
